Chris Kinjo, a renowned sushi master, brings his innovative techniques and passion for seafood to MF Lobster & Seafood. With a deep appreciation for Japanese culinary traditions, Chris has spent years perfecting his craft, blending classic methods with modern flair. His dedication to sourcing the freshest ingredients and his creative approach to sushi have earned him a stellar reputation in the culinary world. At MF Lobster & Seafood, Chris’s expertise shines through in every dish, offering diners a unique and unforgettable experience.

Meet Chef

Matt Cornelius

We’re thrilled to welcome the exceptionally talented Chef Matt Cornelius to MF Lobster & Seafood! 

Originally from Albany, NY, and having honed his culinary craft in esteemed kitchens from Philadelphia, PA to Bethany beach, DE, Matt’s journey through the culinary world has been nothing short of spectacular.

After graduating from the Art Institute of Philadelphia, Matt worked under some of the industry’s most iconic chefs, including Georges Perrier at Le Bec Fin, Christopher Lee at The Striped Bass, and many others. He then brought his skills back to Delaware, serving as Executive Chef for Off the Hook and developing the menu for Our Harvest with a focus on farm-to-table ingredients. 

For the past few months, Chef Matt has been working closely with Chef Chris Kinjo and the team, perfecting the menu for MF Lobster & Seafood. With a passion for innovation and diverse cuisine, Chef Matt is now ready to delight the Houston food scene with his creative menus.
